traction pin service
removal
1) remove traction pin bolt using a 2.5mm hex key
2a) remove old traction pin
2b) stuck pins may also be removed by pulling on the damaged side with pliers
2c) or by using a punch
install
1) insert new traction pin
2) align bolt hole on pedal body with threaded hole at center of new traction pin
3) using a 2.5mm hex key, torque traction pin bolt to approximately 3Nm
